Conventional hydraulic systems have various problems. Intermittent air bleeding alone is insufficient, and during the bleeding process, operating oil splashes, making machines and floors sticky and dangerous. Therefore, we have introduced the circulation removal system "MI611 System." It allows for the circulation removal of air and foreign substances, eliminating the need for air bleeding at various points, and there is no splashing of operating oil during the air bleeding process. Additionally, the absence of mixed air prevents localized high-temperature generation, contributing to the prevention of deterioration of operating oil, seals, and metals. Introducing a system that allows for the simultaneous removal of air, foreign objects, and water from the piping simply by operating the valve handle!

In conventional hydraulic systems, once air, foreign substances, or water enter the piping, they only move in a catch-and-throw manner with the operation of the cylinder, making removal difficult. Even with flushing or oil changes, there are places within the piping where air, foreign substances, and water accumulate, and they do not easily come out even with flushing. In the circulation removal system, cube joints and internally welded slip flanges are used in the piping section, preventing the accumulation of air, foreign substances, and water within the piping. Since there are no places for air, foreign substances, and water to accumulate, by circulating the hydraulic fluid in the hydraulic unit, piping, and hydraulic cylinder and returning it all to the tank, we can reliably remove air, foreign substances, and water from the piping. 【Features】 ■ Comprehensive removal of air, foreign substances, and water in one process (circulation) ■ Use of cube joints and internally welded slip flanges in the piping section ■ No accumulation of air, foreign substances, and water in the piping ■ Conventional flushing work is unnecessary ■ Circulation removal can be easily performed by simply operating the handle of the M1611 valve *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
